Nestled in mellow sun bathed valleys fringed by towering snow capped peaks
Trickles a diamond crusted stream of ambrosial water
Weaving hesitantly through paths jagged, Softly she hums her cheerful choral, gliding down craggy slopes rugged
The dawn gives her a pearl and shell pink sheen
She bubbles merrily, rippling like a jewelled necklace amid a splatter of wands emerald green
Bouncing downhill over soft mahogany banks and smooth tourmaline pebbles
Through lush grassy pastures and meadows she wanders
Warbling in tandem to the chirpy bird songs and woodland critters scampering
She gushes out into the open from shaded groves and glens enchanting
High noon blazes her silver as she soaks in the sunshine crystalline
A new gown is given to her as she dazzles in the speckled diamantine
Racing ahead in all her cerulean finery
She swells with pride as she drinks in the gloaming sky
Swirling and swaying, gaining speed with her currents
She marches forth bravely as downpours flood her with cascading torrents
Under a starlit violet empyrean, moon bathed river cruises through towns and hamlets
Listening to scattered dreams and haunting tales in bits, pieces and snippets
Fragmenting and splitting, her limbs going separate ways
Some merging into the vast blue-black ocean, a part of them into lagoons, coves and bays.
