FLORID WANDS The first fresh drizzle of serein Rain, rain on parched earth, you're a boon The sweet daisies and frolicking lambs The robins who trill, chirp and sing Spring is innocence Deep woods which have a log cabin A waterfall, stream…bubbling again A rising moon, silver moonlight The first star that I see at night Spring is empyrean A meadow of dancing wildflowers A canvas with myriad colours Breaking dawn and waning sunset On a celestial palette, Spring is hypnotic In the expanse of green under the melting snow Are chaos of colours and chorus of woodland songs Timid pastures burst forth in bold flames Scarlet and crimson wands humming to the skies Spring is harlequin.
