CERAUNOPHILIA
Crackling neon pink streaks through livid billowing clouds
Electric webs impales the overcast metal grey shrouds
Stormy clime is brewing and spiralling
Lightning dances and zips amidst thunder rolling
Mighty strikes from the raging skies
Tridents thrown by furious Gods are these white hot silent chimes
Rummaging and weaving through a dense mantle
Flashes of silver and chaos of the heavens in a wrathful tangle
Howling winds and rhythmic pelting rain
Rumbling clappers, the welkin is a tapestry of sizzling veins
Surreal flares whizzes blazing a trail for miles
On a stormy night I watch this magical show, I'm a true blue ceraunophile.
